This tour is designed as a tool for the realtor to show property to prospective buyers by water. The realtor must be present and the tour will last up to 1.5 hours. Extra time will be charged @ $75.00 per hour.

“On the Water Instruction”
2-3 hour instruction for the “Skipper” and immediate family members. .(up to 6 people) Designed for those new to boating or those wanting a “hands on” refresher course on boating safety. This will include:
· Boating safety
· Rules of the Road
· Anchoring
· Docking
· Navigation
· Aids to Navigation
· Man overboard procedure
